Fireside truely captures the essence of sitting by a cozy campfire. Familiar and distinctive, this scent melds notes of smoke and wood into a warm union of clove, amber, sandalwood and patchouli.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We can then file a claim with the shipping carrier. Kindly provide us with the photographic proof of damages within 2 days of receiving your purchased goods so we can initiate the claim.

Refunds/Exchanges

Flicker & Wicks Wax Bar does not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Products are carefully inspected before they are shipped out. Used/damaged candles cannot be returned. 

We want you to love our products! If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us within 2 days of receiving your order. We appreciate feedback and would love the opportunity to make things right.

As soon as your order ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email or text with a tracking number.

The buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs + fees, including shipping insurance and signature, if requested.
